Imagine: a cozy retreat, close to the ground, where imagination and security meet. The Starlight bed is more than just a bed—it's a little cocoon, inspired by Montessori principles, that provides your child with security while fostering independence.

With its low construction, even the youngest children can climb in and out independently. This bed, with its MDF paneling, offers ideal protection against falling out. Whether for peaceful dream journeys, browsing through picture books, or as a stage for creative role play – the Starlight bed adapts effortlessly to your child's needs.

Technical highlights

• Material: Stable base structure (feet & frame) made of solid, PEFC-certified pinewood, supplemented by MDF for decorative elements / panels
• Dimensions: Available in widths of 90 cm or 120 cm and lengths of 190 cm or 200 cm.
• Surface: Feet and frame finished with natural, pollutant-free water-based varnish (EN 71-3) as standard (except for the "untreated" version) – MDF panels available in 26 cheerful color variations / child-friendly finishes.
• Production: 100% handmade in Belgium, pre-assembled components for a quick and solid construction
  
• Panels: flexibly mountable & removable, with deliberately uneven boards like a real tree house

You can choose between 3 different treatments:

• Untreated : Here all wood is completely untreated and you can paint the wood as you wish or leave it natural
• Standard : Here, the base structure (feet and frame) is treated with a natural/clear varnish, while the MDF panels receive a colored coating. For the color variant of the panels, simply enter the desired color at the end of the order.
• Complete : Here, all wood is painted in the desired color. You can choose either a single color or the MDF panels in a different color. For the color variant of the base structure and the panels, simply enter a note with the desired colors at the end of the order.

Handmade and not industrially manufactured. Small cracks, knots, etc. are visible or may reappear over time.
Color rendering varies depending on the lighting conditions. It will not 100% match that of a large area, such as an entire piece of furniture.

The bed is delivered in the desired color and size as a kit including a slatted frame, instructions, and assembly materials. Mattress not included. Most parts are pre-assembled, which simplifies assembly and increases the bed's durability.
