Application

Place the roller under the board and start with one foot on the side touching the ground. Then carefully step onto the opposite side with your other foot. Slowly shift your weight from left to right until you find your balance.
Tip : Hold onto a wall at the beginning or have someone hold your hand – this will help you get into the movement safely and relaxed.

Security

For children, training is only recommended under supervision. At the beginning, a helmet, knee pads, and elbow pads can provide additional protection.
